1. Description of Service

SoundBite AI is a mobile voice capture utility that utilizes native device audio recording, local memory caching, SoundBite AI processing, and secure cloud synchronization to generate verbatim transcripts, executive briefs, and categorized action items.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and title to all audio recordings, transcripts, thoughts, and extracted action items you create within SoundBite AI ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership over your voice recordings, notes, or ideas.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SoundBite AI to record, process, or disseminate audio that:

• Infringes upon any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
• Records individuals without their informed consent in jurisdictions where two-party or all-party consent is legally required.
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or attempts to disrupt the underlying cloud services or API endpoints.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

SoundBite AI utilizes automated generative AI (SoundBite AI). While our models are designed to transcribe accurately and produce high-signal briefs:

• Transcripts, summaries, and action item tags are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
• AI-generated summaries may occasionally omit details or produce inaccuracies depending on recording clarity, background noise, or terminology.
• Users are encouraged to review critical action items and verbatim transcripts before relying on them for contractual, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

SoundBite AI offers optional auto-renewable premium subscription plans and digital in-app purchases ("SoundBite AI Pro") that unlock unlimited audio recordings, extended transcription duration, high-priority AI processing, and advanced export features.

• Available Products & Billing Periods:
  • SoundBite AI Pro Monthly: Auto-renewable subscription billed on a monthly recurring basis ($1.99/month, or equivalent local currency).
  • SoundBite AI Pro Yearly: Auto-renewable subscription billed annually on a yearly recurring basis ($19.99/year, or equivalent local currency).
  • SoundBite AI Pro Lifetime Access: One-time non-consumable purchase ($29.99, or equivalent local currency) providing perpetual Pro access without recurring fees.
  Exact pricing is displayed clearly within the app prior to confirming purchase and may vary by territory or local taxes.
• Payment & Charging: Payment will be charged directly to your Apple ID Account (for iOS devices via Apple App Store / iTunes) or your Google Play Account (for Android devices) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal Policy: Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing & Canceling Subscriptions: You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your device account settings:
  • On iOS (Apple App Store): Open device Settings → tap your Apple ID / Name → tap Subscriptions → choose SoundBite AI → tap Cancel Subscription. (You can also manage subscriptions via the App Store app → Account → Subscriptions).
  • On Android (Google Play): Open the Google Play Store app → tap your Profile icon → tap Payments & subscriptions → tap Subscriptions → select SoundBite AI → tap Cancel subscription.
  Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. You will retain full access to all Pro features until that date, and you will not be billed again.
• Free Trial Forfeiture: If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication or plan, where applicable.
• Refunds & Billing Disputes: All in-app purchase payments, renewals, and refunds are managed exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective store policies (e.g., Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions). SoundBite AI does not process or have access to customer payment credentials and cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund from Apple, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA): In addition to these Terms of Use, your use of SoundBite AI on iOS devices is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). • Privacy Policy Reference: For details on how purchase receipt tokens and user account data are protected, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to permanently delete your SoundBite AI account and all associated personal data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: You may initiate instant account deletion directly inside the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account.
• Web Deletion Portal: You may also request deletion via our web portal at soundbite.techwinlabs.com/delete-account.html.
• Permanent Erasure: Account deletion performs an irreversible hard delete. All your voice memos, audio recordings, verbatim transcripts, action items, gamification streaks, and authentication credentials in our database are permanently purged with zero traces remaining.
• Subscription Cancellation Reminder: Deleting your SoundBite AI account or uninstalling the app from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Apple or Google. To avoid unwanted renewal charges from Apple, you must cancel your subscription directly in your Apple ID Account Settings before deleting your account.

7. Service Availability & Updates

We strive for high uptime and continuous reliability across our local caching and cloud sync services. However, SoundBite AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to deploy updates, enhance features, or perform essential maintenance from time to time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoundBite AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the application.
