Delete Account & Associated Data
Submit your account email below to permanently delete your SoundBite AI account and all associated data. Deletion is instantaneous and permanent.
What data is deleted?
- Account Profile & Credentials: Email address, authentication record, and profile identifiers.
- Transcriptions & AI Structured Notes: All voice memos, summaries, key points, and action items.
- Usage & Associated Data: Any settings and logs associated with your account.
Note: SoundBite AI does not store your voice audio files on any servers. Voice audio is processed locally on your device and discarded immediately.
Instant & Irreversible Deletion
Deletion is executed immediately upon request. Your account and all traces of associated data are completely and permanently purged with zero retention.
In-App Instant Deletion
You can also delete your account instantly at any time from inside the app by going to Settings → Delete Account.
Important: Active Subscriptions
Deleting your SoundBite AI account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel active auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple ID or Google Play. To avoid subsequent billing cycles, please cancel your subscription in your device's Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions settings.
